So pull up a Chiavari chair, and pour some prosecco: This is going to be a good one.

Today's plus-one (and OG #dayofpgh lead planner!!!) This week was dominated by the daunting tasking of building the new Day of Pittsburgh website, so I’m sharing the top 5 lessons I learned during my second rebrand!
As December hit, I started making a mental to-do list of everything I wanted to spend time on in the month this month order to kick off 2022 fully focused and aware of the goals I want to hit. These reflections might help you create some structure in the winter months as weddings wind down. So, here ya go!

Digital strategist and One Direction superfan Hannah Dougherty swings by the pod to share everything she knows about how to win at social media!
I was trying to brainstorm today’s topic, and I feel like i’ve been taking on some really serious business stuff this season, and I’m kind of over it.
I’d rather just laugh and share a few funny stories. SO THAT’S WHAT I’M GUNNA DO!
I was going to title this episode ‘How to Avoid Wedding Burnout,’ but that would be a huge lie. The burnout is already here, there’s no avoiding it. We have to learn to perform through it, because our fall season depends on it.
So let’s all just admit it: We are burnt out. We are not at our best, but we are not done. Here’s what to do with your wedding burnout, and how to manage it.
There’s A TON of conflict you’ll face as you launch your biz, and even if you were in the wedding industry at your full time job, it’s another ball game when its all yours. Nothing can truly prepare you for it, but this episode is everything I wish I knew when I launched my wedding business!
Today is all about how I found my niche in business, and ways you can discover yours!
HELLO MARCH. *laughs nervously*
I cannot believe we’re here again, and I debated if I wanted to talk about this past year, or acknowledge it at all. Between March 2020 and December 2020, I wrote 44 blog posts. In today’s episode, I use them to turn back to the clock and share exactly what I was thinking and feeling when shit went sideways one year ago.
Had a little fun with episode 12 and went trolling on r/weddingplanning to dish out some professional advice to internet strangers!
